We have achieved an affordable price while being extremely particular about the ingredients. We use a generous amount of carefully selected fresh domestic fish meal and nutritious raw wheat germ .

"Jun Color Up" is based on "Jun" and contains 7-10% high-quality spirulina , as well as a balanced blend of vitamins and other ingredients.

*Please feed in water that is 18°C or higher .
By giving it to your fish for a long period of time, such as three months or more, you can gradually see the color-enhancing effect.

The mechanism of color enhancement is related to natural pigments, and the effects of spirulina in particular are widely known. Spirulina is a superfood that is high in protein and easily digestible . The carotenoids (natural pigments) contained in spirulina have the effect of making the body color of Nishikigoi bright red .

The carotenoid concentration of the spirulina used in "JUN Color Enhancement Special" is over 4000 ppm. The carotenoid content varies depending on the place of production and the season, but generally the higher the content, the better the quality .

Spirulina not only makes the red base of Nishikigoi redder, but if administered in excess (at high concentrations for a long period of time), it can also cause the white base to turn slightly yellow.
Therefore, while one method is to feed them highly pigmented feed in a short period of time, "JUN Color Enhancement Special" is fed slowly over a period of more than three months, preserving the white color while maintaining the healthy bright color of Nishikigoi .
We believe that the color-enhancing effect depends on the total amount of pigments, such as spirulina, that are taken into the body.

 

●How to feed

The daily amount should be 1-2% of the fish's body weight, and each feeding should be an amount that can be eaten in about 5-10 minutes.
*Please feed when the water temperature is 18°C or higher . (Digestion and absorption efficiency will decrease at low water temperatures.)
