Usage Guide

For First-Time Shoppers
Here's a step-by-step guide to help you shop with us.

1. Find Your Items

  • Browse our homepage, categories, or use the search bar to find what you need.
  • On each product page, you'll find detailed information including size and important notes.

2. Add to Cart

  • Select your desired product and quantity, then click “Add to Cart.
  • On the cart page, enter a phone number or email address where we can reach you while you are in Japan in the “Emergency Contact Information” box.
  • Review your order and proceed by clicking “Checkout.

3. Enter Customer Information

  • First-time customers, please provide the following details:
    • Contact email
    • Delivery address (if delivering to a hotel, include the hotel name and address)
    • Your name

4. Choose Payment Method

  • You can choose from the following payment options:
    • Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners Club, JCB)
    • PayPal

5. Review & Confirm Your Order

  • Please double-check your information.
  • Click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

6.Shipping

  • All items ship for free.
  • Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and shipping details by email.

7. Delivery & Confirmation

  • Please check the contents of your package as soon as it arrives.
  • If you notice any damage, wrong items, or defects, please contact us immediately.

We recommend hotel delivery as the best option.
 Airport pickup is possible, but not recommended due to time constraints and potential missed pickups.

📌 Important Notes

  • Hotel deliveries are scheduled to arrive at least 2 days before your departure .
  • Airport deliveries are scheduled to arrive 1 day before departure .
  • Airport pickup is not recommended . If you fail to collect your items at the airport, no refund will be issued .

Please check your items immediately after delivery .

  •  Exchanges can only be processed if there is sufficient time before departure .
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges after you leave Japan .
  • Delivery times may vary due to weather or regional shipping delays .

Returns & Exchanges

General Return Policy

You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order , as long as you are still in Japan .
 We cannot accept any returns or exchanges after you leave Japan.


If You Changed Your Mind

Returns due to customer convenience (eg, incorrect size, no longer needed) are accepted.
Please note the following:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

Please contact us before returning any items .


If There Is a Problem with the Product

If your item is damaged , defective , or incorrect , we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
In such cases:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible
  • We will fully refund the product price and cover the return shipping costs.
  • You will need to prepare a return shipping label at your hotel concierge or at a Yamato Transport counter at the airport.
  • We will provide you with detailed return instructions.
  • If time allows, we can send you a replacement item instead of a refund , based on your preference.

Returns From Outside Japan

We cannot accept returns or exchanges from overseas after your departure.
Please check your items as soon as they arrive , and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
